Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations submitted via email to Grand Canyon State CPR, LLC (GCSCPR) 7 or more days from the scheduled training date/appointment will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
Registration cancellations submitted via email to GCSCPR less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours from the scheduled training date/appointment will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
Refunds will not be issued on any registration cancellations 48 hours or less from the scheduled training date/appointment. Students will be allowed to reschedule into another class by paying a $35 rescheduling fee. This reschedule allowance must be for a training event that occurs within 30 days of the original training date/appointment.
Rescheduling and processing fees are per person, even if rescheduling or canceling for a group.
Students may transfer the registration held in their name to another student at any time before class begins. Any student desiring to transfer their registration must submit this change to GCSCPR before the start of the class, or the transfer will not be allowed, and all other sections of this policy will apply to the registration.
GCSCPR may, on occasion, be required to cancel a class due to low enrollment or an emergency. If GCSCPR cancels a class, registered students for that class may receive a full refund and will not be required to pay any processing fees. The student may opt to reschedule into a future training course, and first priority of scheduling will be provided to them. Notification by GCSCPR of the canceled class will be given with as much advance notice as possible to the registered student(s).
Once the course has begun or has been rescheduled by the student, no refunds will be issued.
Due to the unique nature of registration processing for online and/or blended learning sessions, no refunds will be issued for either of these two training options.
No refunds will be issued for a "no show" on the day of the course. "No show" students may be allowed to reschedule their training to another class that will occur within 30 days of the original training course for a rescheduling and processing fee of $35.
Payment Policy
GCSCPR accepts cash and major credit cards for payments of our programs, services, and products. We do not accept personal checks. Corporate checks may be accepted by GCSCPR for employer-sponsored training, and payment by corporate check must be approved by GCSCPR.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the purchaser's credit card, or in cash, depending on the method of which the registration was paid. Please allow ten days for internal processing of any refunds.
